An executive session of the Carthage Town Council will be held on February 10^th, 2023, Friday, at 6:00 p.m., in the Carthage Town Hall, located at 6 West 1st Street, Carthage, Indiana.

The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is as follows:

With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction: (A) to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and (B) to discuss, before a determination, the individual status as an employee, a student, or an independent contractor who is: (i) a physician; or (ii) a school bus driver.
